This unit is new to the vacation rental market and is the only 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit in the entire complex! The unit is located on the top floor directly overlooking the Beach and close to the elevator. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, to get to the other to bedrooms and additional bedroom you will go up the spiral staircase. Once you reach the second level you have made it to the open air loft space that is the 4th bedroom, this overlooks the living space. Off of the 4th, open loft, bedroom, you will see the 3rd bathroom and closed off 5th bedroom that is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed. Plenty of space for a combined family vacation! 

Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. * The first 3 bedrooms are located on the main level. The second bathroom is also on the main level, off of the kitchen in between the 2 guest bedrooms. The last 2 bedrooms are located on the second level with the large 3rd bathroom positioned at the top of the stairs between the 2 sleeping areas.*

Not Pet friendly- if you bring a pet, you risk eviction and losing all funds.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Additional Items included: (these are not refilled during your stay)

Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), laundry detergent(1 use), paper towels(1 roll) 

Bathrooms include- Toilet paper(2 rolls each), travel size: Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face soap, bath soap, trash bag(1 each)

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
